Emu Yoga & Pilates

My name is Emma Cordingley and I live in Petersfield. I teach both yoga and Pilates classes in and around Petersfield, Hampshire.

I offer both one to one sessions at your home and small friendly group classes in comfortable local venues.

I am very happy at finding myself fully qualified as both a yoga and a Pilates teacher. I love the freedom and creativity offered by yoga and the mental and physical energy the practice generates, and I fully appreciate the precision and discipline which Pilates brings to all forms of movement great and small.

Applying Pilates principles to a yoga practice creates less risk of injury by promoting better muscular balance and improved alignment, as well as making the practice more enjoyable and complete.
